Push bench process
The Saxonian push bench mill covers the following dimensional ranges:
- Outer diameters: 0.6771– 4.5 inches
- Wall thickness: 0.0787 – 0.63 inches
- Lengths: to max. 74 feet
Ring production
The high-performance cutting and profiling process TRENPRO® represents the core of ring production. The plant offers high-performance CNC automatic lathes for machining in the downstream process.
Product dimensions for soft-rolled rings:
- Outer diameters: 0.787 – 4.724 inches
- Ring width: 1.575 inches (TRENPRO®), max. 3.94 inches (sawn)
